You do not need a diagnosis, a complete care plan, or all the paperwork before you call. A first conversation is simply a chance to explain what is becoming difficult.

Nebraska LRI Personal Care may allow an eligible spouse or the natural or adoptive parent of a minor child to be paid for approved personal care when waiver requirements are met. We can explain common next steps. Official eligibility and service authorization are determined by Nebraska DHHS and the service coordinator.
